If you are reporting a claim, you should not rely solely on e-mail or fax. You should contact our office at 860-423-2544 and speak with a customer service representative.

If you have been involved in a serious auto accident and we insure your auto, you should have our phone number with your insurance ID form, which should be left in the vehicle at all times.
